My father began his career after completing his MBA, working as a BHEL contractor in the service and erection sector. In 1984, he launched his own company, accumulating decades of experience in business development. In 2002, I joined MS Construction as an employee and worked in Andaman as a business development associate for four years. Later, my company entrusted me with the opportunity to lead the technical team in mainstream operations.

We are a team of highly skilled professionals with extensive expertise in waterproofing solutions, structural protection, and leak prevention. Our goal is to deliver top-tier waterproofing services that safeguard buildings and infrastructure against water damage, ensuring durability and longevity. With a deep understanding of advanced waterproofing technologies, materials, and application techniques, we provide tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. In 2012, I established my own company as a subcontractor for Alpha Power Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., focusing on power projects. To this day, we continue our collaboration with Alpha Power in various capacities.

Following the economic slowdown caused by COVID-19, we identified new opportunities in the waterproofing industry, revitalizing our operations under my father’s mentorship. Today, AIEOU UNICORN PVT LTD has grown into a dynamic business group with a vision to expand globally.
